As the initial point of contact for all new inbound client enquiries, you will play a crucial role in our clients’ journey, fielding questions, resolving concerns, and articulating the Law Partners’ value proposition. Your dedication to providing absolute client care will be at the heart of everything you do, ensuring that potential clients are not only converted but also receive the highest level of service throughout their engagement with the firm.

Working alongside our lovely Client Care team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve client acquisition rates and ensuring that all assigned tasks are carried out diligently and by specified deadlines. Your input will be vital in maintaining and exceeding our agreed Client Care processes and operational standards, ultimately contributing to the successful outcomes of the department.
