Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Handle fortnightly payroll, calculate wages, tax withholdings, and other deductions for 200+ employees.
- Ad Hoc Payments: Process ad hoc payroll, terminations, PAYG, child support, and superannuation payments.
- Record Maintenance: Update employee payroll records and manage timesheets, attendance, and leave.
- Employee Support: Address payroll-related inquiries and issues.
- Compliance: Ensure payroll processes comply with all regulations and update practices as needed.
- Financial Coordination: Prepare payroll journals, tax submissions, and assist with financial statements and budgets.

- Administrator bookings for serviced offices and meeting rooms.
