About the Role

- Assisting with the management of TPD client files from initial instruction through to resolution
- Preparing legal correspondence and documents
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical providers, and external stakeholders

The Role
As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable functions, ensuring collections are followed up and supporting the finance team with month-end and year-end reviews, reconciliations, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with month-end closing activities

Year-End Support
- Assist with year-end closing activities

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable role
- TAFE Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)
- Strong understanding of AR processes and accounting principles
