Role Purpose:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and governing a portfolio of enterprise transformation initiatives across legal operations, CRM, finance, integrations and data infrastructure.

The role will ensure each project stream is delivered with clear scope, milestones, resource plans, governance controls, budget oversight and vendor coordination. The Project Manager will work closely with executive sponsors, business owners, technology teams, vendors and professional services partners to ensure delivery remains aligned to business priorities, approved scope, budget, risk appetite and transformation objectives.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong project governance, stakeholder management, commercial discipline and the ability to manage multiple interdependent workstreams as part of a broader transformation ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Delivery

  • Develop, maintain and manage integrated project plans across multiple transformation streams.
  • Define project milestones, dependencies, deliverables, deadlines and critical path activities.
  • Maintain a master transformation roadmap across legal operations, CRM, finance, integrations and data infrastructure projects.
  • Track delivery progress, risks, issues, decisions and dependencies across internal teams, vendors and professional services providers.
  • Ensure project delivery remains aligned to approved business requirements, MVP scope and broader transformation objectives.
  • Coordinate project activities across business, technology, finance, operations and vendor teams.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, blockers and resourcing constraints, and drive resolution with the appropriate stakeholders.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years’ project management experience in enterprise transformation environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stream transformation programs.
  • Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation in legal, professional services, financial services or similarly regulated environments.
  • Legal technology experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong project governance, reporting and delivery control experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple interdependent project streams concurrently.
  • Strong resource planning experience across internal teams, vendors and professional services partners.
  • Experience managing vendors, implementation partners and technology providers.
  • Demonstrated experience managing OpEx and CapEx, project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
  • Experience defining, managing and controlling MVP scope and broader transformation scope.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, hybrid and traditional project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working with executive sponsors, steering committees and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work hands-on, take initiative and resolve delivery issues independently.

Preferred Certifications

  • Agile certification, such as Scrum Master, AgilePM, SAFe or equivalent.
  • Prosci change management certification.
  • Six Sigma certification.
  • Project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.

About the Role

The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of disbursements, supplier payments, reconciliations and general finance administration. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure financial obligations are met and records are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable – Weekly Disbursements

  • Set up and maintain supplier card files in accounting software
  • Prepare and distribute weekly disbursement listings for authorisation
  • Prepare NAB payment files for weekly disbursements
  • Issue manual remittances via mail merge
  • Arrange and process credit card payments
  • Prepare payments for barristers and expert providers
  • Prepare GST-related payments (including Assess, UHG, Med Assess, MAG and others)
  • Process monthly supplier payments (e.g. T&T, Risk and Security, Infotrack)
  • Follow up teams regarding missing disbursements per supplier statements
  • Enter and process approved disbursements (EFT and cheques)
  • Manage and process write-offs, including internal and supplier write-off pools

Month End

  • Reconcile disbursement suppliers
  • Reconcile between Locus and CasePlan
  • Reconcile write-offs

Archiving & File Maintenance

  • Manage archive and retrieval of matters using Access
  • Distribute retrieved files to staff
  • Reconcile ledgers prior to file closure
  • Close settled files and remove files from CasePlan

Administration & Other Duties

  • Daily banking

About the Role:

Working alongside experienced solicitors and industry-leading practitioners, you’ll play a key role in managing workers’ compensation matters from commencement through to resolution while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own portfolio of workers’ compensation files under solicitor supervision.
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, employers, medical professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Drafting legal correspondence, applications, statements and court documentation.
  • Obtaining and reviewing medical and employment records.
  • Preparing briefs and supporting solicitors throughout the life of each matter.
  • Proactively progressing files to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Providing compassionate, timely and professional client service.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience as a Paralegal within plaintiff personal injury law.
  • Experience in workers’ compensation essential
  • A strong understanding of legal processes and file management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

About the role

As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reception & Client Service

  • Welcoming clients, visitors and legal professionals with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing incoming calls with empathy and exceptional customer service
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring they are prepared for client meetings
