I’ve worked as a legal professional for over two decades, but a few years back I was in search of a fresh start in a more rewarding area of law with a firm who truly values client care. I had experience with personal injury claims and I was aware of Law Partners and their client-first approach. So, when the opportunity presented, I was thrilled to make the move and work for Australia’s largest specialist personal injury firm.
For a client, the compensation process can be complex and take a toll not only on their physical health but their mental health as well. So, a big part of my job is to ease the burden by keeping the client informed throughout the claims process and explain the situation in a way that’s clear and easy to understand.
Career highlight:
Nothing specific but I believe every day can be a career highlight. Every day I’m helping, assisting and learning and that gives me the most satisfaction
In my own time:
I really enjoy being outdoors – camping, boating, fishing, and socialising with friends around a campfire. I also enjoy travelling (either within Australia or overseas) and learning about other people’s cultures and traditions.
