My professional approach is to establish open and honest communication with every client in order to build trust. I want every client to have confidence in me that I’ll do whatever it takes to ensure they receive maximum compensation.

I’ve always had a natural inclination to stand up for peoples’ rights, particularly those who need it most. Working as a personal injury professional is exactly that – helping injured, vulnerable people who often cannot stand up for themselves.

My goal in every matter I handle is to over-deliver on the client’s expectation. There’s nothing quite like that thrill of delivering an outcome that’s better than the client anticipated in a truly efficient timeframe. This is what drives me to perform at my best every day.

Career highlight:

Every win is a special highlight – it’s difficult to pick one. But I’m especially proud every time I manage to overturn an Independent Assessor’s decision in our client’s favour. This is such a big thrill for me because I get to inform the client that they’ve been awarded what’s usually a substantial lump sum payout.

In my own time:

In my free time, I do my best to spend as much time with my family and friends as possible. I also enjoy travelling and seeing new places.
