I strive to always deliver a level of client care that I’d want for my family if they needed compensation. And it starts with communication and using plain language that’s easy for my clients to understand.
For me, helping injured Australians receive everything they’re entitled to is not just a job, it’s a calling. When I was young, my father was injured in a work accident and I saw first-hand the way he was treated by the insurer, and it was this experience that motivated me to become a personal injury solicitor – to be a true advocate and voice for those who are injured.
Navigating the workers compensation system can take its toll on an injured person. That’s why I specifically set out to understand exactly what each client is going through, which in turn, gives me the best possible chance to help them realise their compensation potential.
Career highlight:
Without doubt, my career highlight to date has been my promotion to the title of Associate. It’s validation for all my hard work over the years and something I’m very proud of.
In my own time:
Away from work, there are two things I’m really passionate about – the NRL and V8s.
