I live by the mantra that nothing great comes without hard work. And this is so true when it comes to personal injury law, as no great outcome can be achieved without putting in the work and building the best possible case.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always wanted to be an advocate for those in need and pursuing a career in law seemed like the natural fit for me. During my studies, I landed a job at a personal injury firm and enjoyed every aspect of the work. It wasn’t long before I made one of the easier decisions of my life – to become a personal injury solicitor.
Client care is such an important aspect to the success of any claim – and the key to client care is communication. I always look to establish a communication channel that’s open so that the client feels at ease knowing that they always have a direct line to their legal team, to be able to relay any questions or concerns.
Career highlight:
I consider a career highlight to be every case I win. I get so much joy in knowing that the work I put into a case is what ultimately helped a client receive all the compensation they’re entitled to.
In my own time:
When I’m not working, I love spending time with friends and family. I also try to make the most of any beautiful sunny day by getting out to the beach.
