The critical aspect of successfully managing cases is an understanding that no two are the same. I bring a well thought out strategy to every matter I engage with to make sure that I’m delivering the best outcomes for my clients.
Before I began my law degree, I observed a mediation where I was inspired by the client’s story, and the interactions between the client and their lawyer. The client’s gratitude for the result motivated me to specialise in personal injury law so that I could also help people achieve the best possible outcomes.
In my approach, it’s paramount to maintain honest and open communication with my clients to ensure they’re supported and engaged throughout the entire process of making a claim. As a lawyer, I feel humbled in being able to help people during the most difficult period of their life.
Career highlight:
Every opportunity to help a client navigate their claim or a difficult situation is a rewarding experience. This is especially true when someone may have been turned away by other firms, and I’ve been able to secure a positive outcome for them anyway.
I’ve also been able to obtain successful judgements across multiple jurisdictions, including the Supreme, County, and Magistrate’s courts.
