Melissa Eades
Solicitor
My approach is always one of empathy. This allows me to understand the true impact of an accident or injury on someone’s life and have compassion for individuals who have found themselves caught in a legal process they’re unfamiliar with.
I have always been passionate about helping people in their fight for justice. Through the course of multiple internships, both in Australia and overseas, I have assisted individuals who have been unfairly treated or have experienced prejudice. From there, moving into personal injury law was a natural progression to help injured people in need receive all the compensation they’re entitled to.
An empathetic approach allows me to understand the extent of an accident injury on somebody’s life, and help them navigate the best possible solution. Empathy is a cornerstone value at Law Partners and it’s so great to work for a firm that shares my passion for helping people in need.
Career highlight:
My first settlement conference when I was able to get over $100,000 more for our client than anticipated.
In my own time:
I enjoy being outside in nature and spending time with my dog, friends, and family.
