Patience is an underrated value in personal injury law. Most of our clients have never dealt with the legal system before and are struggling both physically and mentally to adjust to life after an accident. A little patience and empathy go a long way to putting their minds at ease.
I started working in the legal industry in the personal injury field in 2001. I commenced my legal career as a junior legal assistant and through hard work and dedication was promoted to various roles including Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Senior Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Client Care Manager, Office Manager and a Senior Paralegal.
When you work in a field that you love and are extremely passionate about, it makes it so much easier to give it your all each and every day. And I’m glad to say that even after two decades working in personal injury, my passion for the job is stronger than ever.

It would have to be every chance I get to help a client financially move on from an injury.
In my own time:
I’m an outgoing person and when I’m not working, I love spending time with family and friends camping and attending V8 Supercars events.
