When working with clients, having empathy and going the extra mile is the key to making sure someone feels comfortable throughout the entire process of their claim.
After watching my father go through the process of making a workers compensation claim I had a firsthand experience with the impact it can have on an individual. I understand the severe hardship that people experience and find it so rewarding to be there at every step of the way to help someone else in the same position.
I’m so grateful to work within such a supportive and collaborative team at Law Partners. I’m constantly learning and growing within my role thanks to the support I’ve been given, and it’s what makes me smile every day when I start work.
Career highlight:
It’s always a highlight to hear the excitement and gratitude from a client when their claim is approved. It’s so rewarding not just for the client, but for the team as a collective. No other experience can compare to knowing that you’ve helped to completely change someone’s life for the better.
In my own time:
When I’m not at work or studying I love spending time with my friends and going for walks along the beach.
