Jason Chai
Senior Associate
I do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach to clients. Getting to know the client on a personal level, while maintaining professionalism, allows me to better understand the client’s circumstances and legal issues to ensure that I can deliver what every client deserves – an optimal outcome.
I really enjoyed legal studies at school and continued this passion into university. I saw first-hand (as a child) how daunting and confusing it was for my parents to navigate through the Australian legal system when they were injured at work and being unsure of the procedures, the next steps, or the laws in place. I became a solicitor so that I could help Australians like my parents, to be able to have someone they can trust to guide them through what can be a very difficult and confusing time.
My experience as a legal professional has taught me the value of client care and always ensuring the client is included, respected, heard and well informed about their matter. I find this empathetic and measured approach gives you the best chance of alleviating the client’s stress, so they can rest easy knowing their matter is in safe hands, with their best interest at heart.

Getting admitted as a Solicitor and being promoted to an Associate in early 2021.
