So many of our clients come to us after being let down by their employer or an insurer, so it’s essential that we as their support network, do everything possible to earn their trust as soon as possible.
I chose to work in personal injury law primarily because I knew I would be put in a great position to help people who need it the most. My ultimate motivation every day is to do everything in my power to provide help and support to every individual client.
I truly believe that communication and having a strong sense of empathy are vital to ensuring a client feels both appreciated and understood. Law Partners really gets this, and I love that I work at firm that shares my philosophy when it comes to client care.
Career highlight:
My career highlight would have to be every time I get the honour of telling a client their claim has been approved. Nothing compares to their response or the feeling you get knowing you have genuinely changed someone’s life.
In my own time:
When I’m not working, I enjoy bush walking, reading and spending quality time with my family and friends.
