My focus is always on being understanding and empathetic. This allows me to comprehend what each individual’s needs may be so that I can assist them throughout their claim process.
From a young age, I always knew that I wanted to be involved in helping others. It quickly became clear that the legal field was an excellent place to do this, and personal injury law fit the exact criteria of what I was looking for.
This area of law allows me to help people as they navigate difficult and complex systems. By listening to and understanding clients, we can help them achieve the best results.
Career highlight:
Beyond being involved in a successful outcome for a client, it’s always rewarding to be involved in the day-to-day elements of a claim. This might include something like issues with weekly payments or medical treatment, and knowing that we can help solve those problems is an important part of the process for our clients.
In my own time:
When I’m not busy with study commitments or travelling, I’m spending time with friends, family, and my pet rabbits.
