Claudia Roberts
Paralegal
Nobody ever asks to go through the troubles that our clients face, and it could happen to anyone. I believe that treating people the way I would want to be treated is the best way to ensure I’m doing everything in my power to secure the greatest possible outcome.
I’ve always wanted to be a part of something that makes a genuine difference in people’s lives. I have so much empathy for others and have always gone out of my way to help people, which is why Personal Injury law has been such a good fit for me. It feels like the perfect place to know I’m making a positive difference in people’s lives. It makes me excited to come to work every day.
When my mum unfortunately suffered an injury at work, I experienced first-hand how stressful and all consuming it is to be on the other side of a personal injury claim. I’m so thankful that she got the help and outcome that she deserved, and it has driven me to help others in similar situations.
Career highlight:
Being accepted for early entry to study Law at Western Sydney University
In my own time:
When I’m not studying, I’m spending time with my partner, my best friend, and my (very spoilt!) puppy Leo. I’m also currently learning Turkish.
