The principle that guides my work is to empathise and care. I find that sometimes all a person needs is an empathetic ear, and I am honoured to be able to be that someone.
I chose to work in personal injury law, primarily due to my background in Criminology and mental health. After graduating and working over two years in the psychology industry, I saw people every day who struggled with pain and I felt motivated to make a meaningful difference in their lives in a new way. Most of all, it’s so fulfilling to be able to get to know individuals and their stories first-hand, all the while assisting them on their journey.
It’s so refreshing to work for a client-first firm like Law Partners that shares my values and beliefs when it comes to assisting people in need.
Career highlight:
I believe my career highlight is the people I meet in my job. Between lifelong connections in colleagues, to making a meaningful difference in a client’s life, it’s rewarding.
In my own time:
When I’m not at the office, I’m usually at the beach with my two dogs, trying out a new food joint with family or watching comedy – but my biggest passion is reading.
