Caroline North
Legal Assistant
I strive to bring a sense of calm, ease and professionalism to my client relationships to ensure they feel confident about their claim.
I started my career in law by chance after initially studying 2D animation and graphic design at Uni. I worked in the creative field until the pandemic, then took on some non-creative roles. While working in a law firm, I realised I love the legal field and decided to continue on this path.
I know what it’s like to live in a less able body – I’m fortunate I can still work, and I understand that many can’t. Working in personal injury law allows me to directly help my community, providing people with the financial means to recover from a tough experience in life.
I always prioritise my client’s emotional needs. Every case is different, and suffering from an injury or illness can take a toll on a person’s emotional and mental health. It’s important to provide clear, respectful communication to my clients throughout their claims.
Career highlight:
I’m still relatively new in this field, so I look forward to the many career highlights in my future!
In my own time:
I still love art and do creative things when I have a moment. I also love learning, often taking a deep dive into a random topic that interests me!
