As a client service professional, I pride myself on my ability to be able to actively listen to the needs of the client and ultimately make the claims process as easy as possible.
My motivation to pursue a career in personal injury law stems from my own experience in navigating the workers compensation system. I was so lost and in desperate need of guidance in a time when I should have been focusing on my recovery. This personal experience made me realise how important it is to have the support of a dedicated firm, like Law Partners, who truly care about helping you get your life back on track.
What I love most about my job is being that person, early on in the claims process, to reassure our clients that they’ve come to the right place and that we’ll do everything possible to ensure they receive everything they’re entitled to.
