I always establish trust and a solid rapport with our clients, so they feel reassured and not overwhelmed by taking the big step to seek legal help with their claim.
I’ve worked in personal injury law since 1995 and I’ve loved every bit of my career to date, mainly because I know I’m making a difference and believe in the integral role client service plays in the personal injury process.
Most people who reach out to us have never dealt with lawyers before and it can be an intimidating process particularly when you’re also dealing with a serious injury. It’s my job to lean on the wealth of experience I’ve gathered over the years to ease that burden, and I take great pride in doing so.

We have a brilliant Client Care team here at Law Partners and being promoted to the position of Team Leader-Client Care is an achievement I’m incredibly proud of.
In my own time:
In the time I have away from work, I try to spend it with family and friends. I also love travelling and catching a great live music performance.
