I lodged a complaint about bullying in the workplace. 78 pages of incidents I recorded, was deemed no evidence of bullying after investigations by the Insurance company. What a blessing for me to find Bianca Azzopardi to appeal the decision. Her professionalism, her fight for justice for me. With her help, the case is won. I sustained personal injury as a result of bullying and at the Personal Injury Tribunal, my ex employer is deemed the party that is wrong and the Tribunal ordered them to pay for compensation.

I was in a bad MVA more than two years ago (it was even in the news a few times). Now I can compare Law Partners’ service philosophy to the first law firm that took over my case (which, thank God, I changed), and there is a significant difference: Tanja Maksimovic, Alexander Le Hoang, and Jessica Terre have been realistic, clear, empathetic, communicative, and honest from the beginning… everything you need when you don’t understand legal processes in a different country, with English as a second language, and not even being Australian! The worst setting for feeling vulnerable and lost after the worst experience of your life. I understand that this case will take some time, but I can perceive the team working, progressing, and fighting for me. They keep me updated, I feel legally supported, and I actually look forwards to Alexander’s phone calls… he’s very friendly!
