Gather evidence of your accident, which may include photos of the hazard that caused your fall, CCTV footage, statements from witnesses and accident reports from the restaurant, hotel or cafe.

If you’ve been injured at a fast-food chain in a slip and fall or any other accident, and you’ve needed time off work or treatment, you may be entitled to compensation.
