Tiana Papazian
Law Clerk
My approach to my position is to stay organised, reliable and empathetic, treating every client like a person, not just a case file.
I’ve had a passion for law since high school. After studying speech pathology and audiology for two years, I realised it wasn’t the right fit for me, as while I liked the idea of helping people I didn’t feel truly connected to the work. I decided to pursue my passion for legal advocacy and haven’t looked back since. Personal injury law stood out to me as it’s one of the most personal and impactful areas of law. It’s incredibly rewarding to be able to help people who’ve had their lives turned upside down by something unexpected.
My goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and confident that someone is fighting for them. At the end of the day, people don’t just remember the outcome, they remember how you made them feel throughout the process.
Career highlight:
My career highlight was the day I received my offer to work at Law Partners. It was a sign I was heading towards the right career path. I will always be grateful for the opportunity to work at a law firm during my first years of studying law.
In my own time:
In my spare time, I love spending quality time with my family and friends. I also love Pilates, going on long walks and playing soccer.
