Empathy is crucial for anyone working in personal injury law to truly comprehend a client’s circumstances and establish strong relationships. As a legal professional, appreciating and understanding your client’s situation allows you to provide the best possible support. I always prioritise showing my clients the compassion they deserve, actively listening, and keeping them fully informed about their claim.
From a young age I’ve always had the goal of pursuing a career that would allow me to make a positive impact on people’s lives during their most challenging periods. I began my journey in the legal field at the age of 16 but fostered a keen interest in medicine. Delving into the world of medical negligence has fascinated and inspired me to engage with clients and assist them with navigating the legal process.
I find it so fulfilling to work for a firm with a strong focus on clients. Despite working in different teams, there’s a collaborative culture across the firm to deliver flawless service. I’m grateful for the effort put into keeping us connected and appreciated for the work we put in.
Career highlight:
Since joining the team at Law Partners, I’ve been fortunate enough to participate in a mediation which resulted in our client securing a favourable outcome for their claim. I’m looking forward to being part of many more successful claims in the future.
In my own time:
When I’m not busy with my study commitments, I enjoy keeping active by playing a range of sports, as well as hiking and skiing. I love exploring new places and restaurants, hanging out with my friends and family, and spending lots of time with my dog, Otis.
