I chose to work as receptionist because I naturally enjoy the dynamic of assisting people and pointing them in the right direction. The chance to apply my skills in a personal injury environment is especially rewarding because I know that I’m assisting injured people who are actively trying to get their life back on track.
As a professional receptionist, my primary responsibility is to always uphold Law Partners’ incredibly high client care standards. I realise that as the first point of contact I often set the tone for the client’s experience with the firm, so I ensure I take the time to listen, direct them accordingly and empathise with their situation.
Notching up my five-year anniversary milestone with Law Partners was a special occasion.
