I always greet our clients with a warm smile and remember their name, treating them with the empathy and care they deserve during what can be a difficult period in their lives.
I’ve had a passion for helping other people since I was young, and working here at Law Partners allows me to uphold my core values of empathy, compassion and advocacy while focusing on building strong relationships with my team and clients.
It’s important to remember that every client that comes through our offices is potentially going through something extremely difficult. I approach my position with the goal of making their time with us as smooth as possible, doing whatever I can to improve their day.
Career highlight:
My highlight so far has been bringing my experience in customer administration over to the legal industry, and assisting in providing amazing customer service.
In my own time:
I enjoy hiking through national parks, reading books, going to the gym, and finding new cafes to explore.
