Nicola Jandura
General Counsel
I work closely with clients, ensuring they are informed of the full range of their rights and entitlements under the law, and fully updated throughout the legal process.
I represent individuals who have experienced adverse health outcomes arising from negligence, with a particular focus on people with disability, refugees, asylum seekers, and First Nations communities. My practice is dedicated entirely to medical negligence matters. I also have experience in coronial inquests, discrimination and privacy claims, class actions, and commercial transactions and securities.
My philosophy is to empower people to achieve the full range of their entitlements by pursuing access to justice with integrity, compassion & determination, as well as keeping abreast of the latest developments for strategic outcomes for clients.
I have undertaken cultural competency training with Australian National University.

The highlight of my career is working in close partnership with clients and their families to help secure meaningful redress.
In my own time:
I enjoy staying active in nature, spending time with family, and am always reading a good book.
