I approach my role with empathy, maintaining an open mind to new challenges and perspectives in order to support the team and our clients.
I started working in law as an administrative assistant just before COVID by pure chance and I fell in love with it. For me, working in personal injury law is a completely new sphere of law that I’m passionate about. I really enjoy getting to know clients, and talking with them through the highs and lows of their legal journey. Having the opportunity to talk with clients and see their matters progress to completion is an amazing part of my job.
In my role, I want to help our clients as much as possible, whether that be connecting them with their solicitor and team, or just being able to lend an ear to clients who may be struggling through a difficult period in their lives. I approach all our clients with care and an open mind, and try to support them wherever I can.
Career highlight:
My career highlight is starting to work in law, as it’s opened a whole new world to me that I never expected to be a part of.
In my own time:
Outside of work, I love to cook for my family and friends, explore new places and play with my cat. I’m also studying Interior Design and Business Administration.
