I’ve always had a love for working with businesses and leadership teams and guiding them to success. It’s my goal to always make a difference, no matter how big or small, to my team’s professional and personal journeys. I believe a strong HR team can make a positive impact on not only the business, but also the individual, and I love seeing this impact come to life with each member of my team. Joining Law Partners was an easy decision for me as it gave me the opportunity to work with Australia’s leading specialist personal injury law firm. The impressive team here and the strong market reputation of the firm were absolutely key motivating factors for me.

A critical part of my philosophy is to clearly understand business drivers and priorities, ensuring any people initiatives and programs are aligned and add meaningful value to the firm and its staff. My intent is to coach and support the business, and act as a strategic enabler so the people in the business can do what they do best. Another fundamental view I hold is the belief that focusing on a 1% improvement every day will deliver incredible results in the long run. I believe it’s the small things that can make a real difference.

Career highlight:

One of my career highlights was the opportunity to be part of a successful scale-up business to support their international growth, drive into new markets, build out the leadership team, and create wide-ranging people initiatives that established a strong value proposition. I loved being part of a business that grew so significantly within just three years.

In my own time:

I love to travel, whether that be locally or overseas, and I also have a passion for the great outdoors. I am also an avid foodie, and you can find me watching my favourite AFL team, the Sydney Swans run around the SCG.
