I ensure every client feels seen, heard and understood during a deeply personal and often very difficult time. Supporting people in our community truly means a lot to me.
I’ve always wanted to make a difference to the lives of other people, both personally and professionally, and law felt like a natural career path. Personal injury law was the perfect home for me as it’s so client-focused and can help transform lives.
Client care, to me, is all about putting people first. Every person deserves to feel supported and genuinely cared for, especially during such a stressful time in their lives. It’s not just about handling a claim or a legal matter, it’s about helping someone rebuild their confidence and hope during a vulnerable period.
Career highlight:
I would say there isn’t a specific event – my highlights are much broader. Working with incredible talent and supporting brilliant legal minds to achieve significant outcomes for clients has been an ongoing highlight throughout my legal career.
In my own time:
Family and friends are incredibly important to me. Catching up and connecting feeds my soul.
