I find it incredibly important to keep an open mind and continue to learn from those around me. Nothing teaches me more than making time to genuinely engage with clients, peers, and senior members of the firm.
I decided to work in personal injury law due to the ongoing opportunity for learning and growth that it has provided me with. No two cases are the same and the diverse nature of the field is both challenging and motivating, forcing me to think on my feet.
Being part of a collaborative and dynamic team has allowed me to gain experience in a wide range of approaches. This allows me to deliver the highest levels of care and support to our clients.
Career highlight:
Being able to work in a field that I enjoy, within a supportive team, is an ongoing highlight.
In my own time:
Outside the office I love to play football. My love for the sport is what keeps me training four times a week!
