Client care is something I value deeply. I’m proud to be part of a firm where genuine empathy and client-first thinking are built into our culture. I understand how overwhelming the compensation process can be for people who are already dealing with the physical and emotional impact of an injury or illness, and I make it my goal to assist our Australian community however I can.
What I value most about working at Law Partners is the strong collaboration between teams and the firm’s commitment to doing what’s right for every client. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that my work helps injured Australians get the compensation they deserve, while feeling genuinely cared for throughout their journey.
Career highlight:
Professionally, one of my career highlights has been leading my team to achieve their goals. Relationship management has always been a passion of mine – strong client relationships are the foundation of successful partnerships. I genuinely enjoy the process of building trust, finding common ground, and ensuring that every client receives the highest level of care.
In my own time:
Away from work, I enjoy spending quality time with my three boys, supporting them in their sporting commitments, and catching up with close friends. Sport has always been a major part of my life: I played cricket for over 35 years and still enjoy playing football today. These days, much of my sporting passion is channelled into coaching. In the summer, I coach cricket, and in winter, I coach my kids’ football (soccer) team.
