My focus in this role is to ensure every initiative strengthens the relationships we have with our clients, drives measurable impact, and reflects the integrity and ambition of our brand. I believe in progress over perfection, and in building teams and cultures that are brave enough to evolve and bold enough to lead.

Although I’m new to the legal industry, I was drawn to it because of its unique ability to create meaningful change in people’s lives. What inspired me most was the philosophy and mission of Law Partners — a firm dedicated to helping injured Australians get the compensation and support they deserve.

I’ve always valued a strong, client-focused approach, and I was particularly drawn to Law Partners’ commitment to evolving and improving the way they serve clients. This is a firm that genuinely cares about the people it represents — and being part of a team that prioritises empathy, understanding, and real impact was exactly where I wanted to continue my career.

I believe in driving growth with purpose — combining commercial discipline, creativity, and customer insight to create brands that genuinely connect and deliver results. Career highlight:

One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been bringing people together to drive meaningful transformation that delivers real results — both commercially and for customers. I’ve had the privilege of leading teams across a range of industries, including technology and financial services, where we achieved impactful outcomes through collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence.

For me, the highlight isn’t just a single moment — it’s seeing the collective efforts of a team translate into tangible benefits for the people and communities we serve.

In my own time:

Outside of work, I’m passionate about ocean swimming — it’s my year-round ritual and my way of finding calm in the chaos. There’s something powerful about being immersed in nature, where the rhythm of the waves clears my mind and recentres me. It’s both invigorating and grounding and I love the natural high coming off the back of an incredible swim.

I’m also an avid foodie who loves discovering new places with friends and sharing great meals and conversations!
