My role is not only to protect value, but also to help shape it – turning insight into strategy, and strategy into sustainable growth. For me, leadership is not about saying no; it is about enabling the right yes, at the right time, with the right level of risk.
I lead the firm’s financial strategy, governance and performance management across the business.
As a member of the executive team, I play a key role in shaping the firm’s long-term financial direction, supporting sustainable growth and maintaining strong financial discipline in a highly regulated environment. I work closely with the executive leadership team and practice leaders to align financial performance with strategic priorities and client service excellence.
I oversee all aspects of finance, including financial planning and analysis, capital management, risk and compliance, and reporting. My focus is on providing clear, actionable insights that support confident decision-making at both board and operational levels.
With a commercial mindset and a disciplined approach to governance, I’m committed to strengthening the firm’s financial resilience while supporting continued investment in people, technology and client outcomes.
With many years of experience leading and advising professional services organisations, I find it especially rewarding to be part of a firm where purpose and performance go hand in hand.
What drew me to Law Partners was the firm’s innovative approach and its commitment to continuously evolving to deliver better outcomes for clients. That strong focus on continuous improvement and client-centred values really resonated with me.
Career highlight:
I’ve spent much of my career in top-tier international businesses, leading and developing large finance teams through transformation, supporting M&A activity, and embedding innovations such as AI initiatives across diverse markets and regions. What I’ve found most rewarding is leading change that strengthens financial discipline, streamlines processes, and improves the client experience while enabling sustainable, data-driven decision-making.

In my own time:
I love to spend time with my family and watching my children’s sporting endeavours every weekend. Given our busy lifestyle, I relish the opportunity to watch live my beloved Sea Eagles or Manchester United on TV.
