As Chair, my role is to ensure Law Partners continues to thrive in an evolving legal industry, while delivering client outcomes with empathy and respect. For me, that means supporting the leadership team to keep innovating, investing in technology, improving processes, and developing our people so we can continue to provide exceptional care and achieve meaningful outcomes for vulnerable clients who place their trust in us at some of the most difficult times in their lives.

I’ve spent more than 20 years leading and advising professional services organisations, and it’s rewarding to be part of a firm where purpose and performance go hand in hand.

In addition to my role at Law Partners, my governance roles include serving as Independent Chair of Nexia Sydney, and as Non-Executive Director of Barnardos Australia, Morrison Low Advisory, and WT Partnership.

Career highlight:

I’m at my best when I’m driving change, growing businesses and helping teams navigate transformation. I’ve had plenty of career highlights over the years, but what I’m enjoying most right now is the chance to contribute in governance roles — supporting a range of organisations to adapt, grow and make a real impact.

In my own time:

I love spending time outdoors with family and friends, whether it’s bushwalking, kayaking or simply exploring somewhere new. I’m happiest when I’m watching my kids throw themselves into whatever they’re passionate about that week, or volunteering in under-resourced schools, helping kids find their voice and confidence.
