I try to never stop learning and evolving. The workplace landscape is constantly shifting, and to be effective in HR means staying curious, reflective, and open to new ideas.

I was looking for a profession that would continuously challenge me, allow me to grow, and give me the opportunity to positively influence the working lives of others. I’ve always been passionate about understanding people – what drives them, what supports their growth, and how we can create environments that enable both individuals and organisations to thrive. HR, to me, is the perfect intersection of strategy and empathy. It’s about building meaningful relationships, championing initiatives that make a difference, and delivering sustainable, long-term business outcomes.

What drew me to Law Partners was the firm’s commitment to making a difference in people’s lives, particularly those who are navigating complex and emotional experiences. There’s a genuine authenticity to Law Partners, both in its purpose and in its people, that really resonated with me. Being part of a business that leads with empathy while striving for excellence aligns with the way I approach my own work.

I approach my role with focus on continuous improvement and self-awareness. I aim to show up with intention each day, staying curious, reflective, and open to learning, especially in moments that don’t go as planned. I believe growth often comes through challenge, and I try to use those moments to refine my thinking and strengthen my contribution. For me, it’s about making steady progress and holding myself accountable to both the people I support and the standards I set for myself.

Career highlight:

A career highlight for me was co-founding and developing a women and leadership program. It was designed to uplift, empower, and connect women at all levels of the business, creating a space for important conversations, peer learning, and growth. Watching participants step into their confidence, build a strong sense of community, and begin to lead in new and inspiring ways was incredibly rewarding. It reaffirmed for me the power of intentional, people-focused initiatives in creating real cultural change.

In my own time:

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at a gig, travelling or exploring a new restaurant. I do like to always be on the go!
