Dr. Aman Grewal
Medico-Legal Associate
A strong understanding of both medicine and law is critical to properly assessing medical negligence claims. That’s why I focus on combining my clinical background with legal expertise to deliver clear and efficient outcomes for clients.
Before being admitted as a legal practitioner in 2019, I had a career in emergency medicine, intensive care and pre-hospital retrieval. I’ve worked as a medical practitioner, ambulance clinician and educator, and also served in the Royal Australian Air Force Reserves.
My clinical experience allows me to quickly assess whether a claim has merit and determine the appropriate course for investigation, working closely with legal teams and medical experts to progress matters efficiently.
I’ve worked as a plaintiff and locum solicitor across NSW, ACT and South Australia, as well as a defendant solicitor for a federal government department and at a community legal centre in Queensland.
As a Medico-Legal Associate, I’m committed to providing precise assessments and helping clients understand what has happened while supporting them through the legal process.
