I value a diverse and inclusive workplace where people can perform to the best of their abilities while also contributing to a collaborative workplace to ensure productivity.
Working alongside personal injury professionals and being able to contribute to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment, were the main factors that led me to choose to join the HR department at Law Partners.
It’s my role to ensure a positive and rewarding work environment for all Law Partners staff and aid in actively recruiting exceptional personal injury professionals who share the firm’s established values. It’s so rewarding to be able to work for a firm that’s so committing to making a positive difference in the lives of injured Australians.
Career highlight:
My career highlight was getting my first HR job out of university and being able to put my knowledge to use, along with working for a law firm that helps Australians get back onto their feet.
In my own time:
Outside the office, I love checking out new restaurants and trying new foods. I also love catching up with friends and family.
