I strive to build collaborative, solutions-oriented systems and teams that empower people and ensure exceptional client service, while fostering clear communication, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

I decided to become a lawyer as I’ve always had interest in the law and being involved with helping people.  Over the years, I’ve gained experience across various aspects of legal practice as well as in managing law and professional services firms. What I find most rewarding is the opportunity to improve how things work by creating seamless, efficient systems that enhance the client experience.

I was drawn to Law Partners because of their innovative approach and commitment to constantly evolving to deliver better service. The firm’s focus on continuous improvement and client-centric values really resonated with me.

I believe in building systems and teams that empower people to do their best work while delivering outstanding service. My approach is collaborative and solutions oriented, and I aim to create an environment where clients feel supported and teams are set up for success. Clear communication, operational efficiency, and a focus on continuous improvement guide everything I do.

Career highlight:

The most fulfilling moments in my career have come from leading transformative initiatives to re-engineer business processes and implement systems that significantly improve the client experience. Helping drive meaningful change within organisations is always a highlight for me.

In my own time:

I love diving into DIY projects around the house, going to see live music, heading out for a run near the beach, and taking my children to their weekend activities.
