I strive to remain open to new learning opportunities while actively listening to the needs of my team, ensuring I deliver programs that hold lasting value.
I began my Learning & Development journey nearly 15 years ago as a leader in a call centre. In that role, I loved helping develop my team and guiding them toward their next big career opportunities. This passion for supporting others’ growth sparked my desire to pursue a career in Learning & Development.
I’m driven by finding creative ways to help both teams and individuals reach their full potential, and I’m deeply passionate about collaboration and learning from one another. I’m excited to join an organisation that prioritises the development of its people and genuinely cares about every client they serve.
I believe in cultivating a growth mindset and staying open to continuous learning. By fostering empowerment and encouraging open collaboration, we can bring out the best in everyone we encounter, inspiring personal and collective growth.
Career highlight:
One of my proudest career moments was creating and launching a leadership development program from the ground up. I designed it to help leaders build essential skills, and it ended up creating a culture of growth that positively impacted both individual careers and the organisation. Seeing the program’s success and watching leaders grow more confident was really rewarding.
In my own time:
Outside of the office, I love to travel. I’m an avid cruiser and my family and I have been on 12 cruises. We’ve also travelled all over Europe and Asia and love experiencing new cultures and food!
