Ashley Fuchs
Senior Associate
I take an open, honest, and empathetic approach, ensuring clients understand the claims process so they can focus on recovery with minimal stress.
I’ve always known that my career path would be one where I can help others. Working in personal injury is a deeply fulfilling way for me to do this, facilitating access to justice through compensation to people who have been injured through no fault of their own.
I seize every opportunity and believe that each experience teaches me something valuable, and I continue to learn from those around me every day. I believe in a simple, transparent approach to my work. Personal injury claims can be complex and overwhelming, so I ensure my clients understand the process, keeping them informed at every step of their claim.
Career highlight:
There have been many, and to be honest every settlement is a highlight. Recently, I had the privilege of achieving a multimillion-dollar settlement for a very deserving elderly client. I also prepared an application for special leave to the High Court of Australia, for which leave to appeal was granted!
In my own time:
I love spending time with family and 3 dogs – whether that be camping, at the beach or at home. My absolute favourite thing to do is ski and you can always find me on the slopes in the winter months.
